I create two works, ∴ 0=1 -change and conservation [part 1] and ∴ 0=1 -change and conservation [part 2], in a pair of the Japanese traditional storehouses. In these works, I express the epitomization of the water circulation system of a great nature of Japan Alps focusing on phase changes and conservation of water. In the work “ ∴ 0=1 -change and conservation [part 1],” the five big cylinders made with heat-resistant glass are hang by iron flames and floated inside of the storehouse. In each cylinder, there is dish inside near the incandescent bulb and water is collected inside. And this water is heated by the incandescent bulb. The heated water evaporates and reaches to the top of cylinder. At the top of cylinder, the water vapor is cooled off by the the refrigeration system and becomes ice or water and drops into the dish again. Within this system of the cylinder, the water will not lose and circulate by itself, like the water circulation system of the nature.
